Our policy
If you purchased a course and have not started its content (no lessons marked complete, no quiz attempts), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
After you’ve started
Once you have begun a course’s content, the purchase is final, in line with how digital course access works — once accessed, the content has effectively been delivered.
Payment plans
If you are on a payment plan and request a refund before starting the course, remaining installments are cancelled and any amount already paid is refunded per the policy above.
